Adbars don't pay a lot of money anymore, but if you spend a lot of time online, it can be worth running
one. This is one of the best. Personal rates depend on revenue generated/time used. Referral rates are 10%/1st
level, 5% through the next 7 levels(8 total levels of referrals). Payout @ $5 through E-Gold, and $10 through Paypal. A level reachable
by just about anyone.
